Privacy Policy

HarmonyHub is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We value transparency and accountability, as research shows that most users trust brands that handle their information responsibly. HarmonyHub does not sell or rent your personal information. We outline below any information we collect and its purpose.

Information We Collect

We do not require user registration or payment. No sensitive personal data (e.g. financial, health) is collected by default. We may collect minimal personal details you submit voluntarily (e.g. your name/email if you use a contact form). We may use standard web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) to understand site usage.

Cookies and Advertising

We partner with third-party advertisers, such as Google AdSense, to serve ads on our site. As per Google’s requirements, we disclose that “third-party vendors (including Google) use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to your website or other websites”. These advertising cookies allow interest-based ads; they identify your browser but do not directly reveal personal information. You can opt out of personalized ads via Google’s Ads Settings or through the Network Advertising Initiative’s opt-out tools (see Ads Settings, youronlinechoices.com or aboutads.info).

HarmonyHub itself does not use cookies for any purpose other than the ads we display.

Other Trackers

We currently do not embed social plugins or third-party trackers beyond advertising. We do not use email marketing lists or newsletter subscriptions at this time. If we add new tracking technologies, we will clearly inform you here and in a prominent notice on the site.

Use of Information

Any personal information you provide voluntarily (e.g. via contact form) is used solely to respond to your inquiries. No personal data is sold, shared, or disclosed to unrelated third parties. We may share anonymous, aggregated site metrics with service providers (e.g. analytics, ad partners) to improve our services and ad relevancy.

Your Rights

You may disable cookies in your browser at any time. To opt out of interest-based advertising, use the links above. You can also contact us to request access to or deletion of any personal information you submitted. To the extent required by applicable law (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), we will honor your data subject requests.

Children’s Privacy

HarmonyHub is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you are a parent or guardian who becomes aware of any collection of a child’s personal data without consent, please contact us, and we will delete that information.

Policy Changes

This Privacy Policy is subject to change. We will post updates here with the latest revision date. Continuing to use HarmonyHub after changes means you accept the updated policy.

Our goal is to build trust by clearly stating our practices. If you have any questions or concerns about your privacy, please contact us (see Contact page).
